Regional Manager – Business Development
Work Location – Aurangabad, Amaravati
Fair understanding of grass-root Agriculture dynamics, NBFC/FI operation & process, fair understanding of market dynamics in Agri-finance space and creditworthiness of the customer
Acquisition/ sourcing of New business leads which needs to be continuous and ongoing process.
Ability to train, retain & manage team of associates.
Effective communication capability both oral & written to direct the team and the business function.
High level of perseverance to ensure achievement of business goals.
Day-to-day business solicitation in coordination with team members of Netafim Group and administration of Business Development & Operation activities.
Own the responsibility for meeting overall business target, individually and collectively as a team
Ensure efficient level of client servicing of the existing customers, act on escalated issues submitted/raised by the Regional team of Netafim India, mainly pertaining to NAFA’s products & operations
Implement (with support from Netafim Group field team) local area promotional activities
Ensure timely collection of application, verification of the same, 1st level document-based KYC verification/check and document authentication & adequacy check etc.
Meeting prospective & existing clients, business partners, other associates and conduct personal discussions on periodic basis
Ensure timely collection of dues and submit periodic reporting of collection status. Rigorous follow up for collection of overdue accounts
