Collection Executive/ Manager – Maharashtra /Gujarat/MP/CG

Soft & hard collection skills (BFSI/NBFC domain), preferably in rural & agri finance

Good verbal & written communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi

Pleasing personality & excellent telephone etiquettes & netiquettes

Ability to motivate & manage a large team of managers, officers & agencies

Strong proficiency in Windows XP, MS Word and Excel etc.

Matured & courteous behavior

Skills in persuading borrowers for the payments

Must be good in regular follow ups & team coordination

Should be highly enthusiastic and diligent

Having Team handing experience for 5-6 years

Strong interpersonal skills – able to work well with a wide range of people

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Strong analytical skills, strong sense of customer service

Understanding of field actual collection process & policy
